When Will Your Order Ship Out?

All orders are verified, picked, packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. When the package goes out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

Once the order ships, how long will it take?

USA orders: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery in the USA. Canada orders: Please allow 2 to 10 business days .International orders: Please allow 13 to 16 business days depending on destination. (International order can be delayed at customs).

 

How Do I Track

Tracking information is provided once the order has been processed as shipped. USPS tracking typically takes up to 48 hours before any updates are displayed.Please note that all international orders (outside of Canada and the USA) are subject to customs duty (tax). Return Policy

All garments are final sale.

If you receive a product in the mail and it is damaged during the transportation process, you must notify us immediately at our email: SouljaMentality1@gmail.com. We will assist you in identifying and confirming the damage to your garment(s). Once we are satisfied with your damage claim, we will ship you a replacement free of charge (subject to availability) or issue you a refund. We have the right to reject any claims of damage.
